A North Carolina native, Teal graduated in 1984 from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation Teal relocated to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where his life long career in residential real estate began marketing and selling new homes.
Mr. Teal’s love of the real estate business has grown extensively throughout the Coastal Carolinas with a long list of successful communities.
