Wild
Wing Plantation continues to move forward as we head into Fall and
Winter, and this newsletter will help keep you informed and
updated so that you can follow the progress!

 NEW HOME AT
WILD WING PLANTATION
|
|
Construction activity continues at
Wild Wing with three homes completed, four homes currently under
construction, and plans submitted for additional construction. South Carolina
winters allow construction through the entire season!

FUNDS SET FOR TRAFFIC LIGHT ON 501
|
|
There will soon be a stoplight on
U.S. 501 at the entrance of Wild Wing Plantation and Burning Ridge
developments. This intersection is heavily traveled for both Wild Wing
and Burning Ridge (on the west side of 501) which is a shortcut to
the Conway
Medical Center. The project is
expected to start in Spring 2010.

NEARBY SUPER WALMART OPENS
|
A super Walmart opened this past Summer,
located just a quarter-mile south of Wild Wing Plantation. The new
building is set back off the highway with a perimeter road to allow
for future development. We've already been enjoying the convenience
of a new CVS Pharmacy which is situated on the perimeter road and Gardner Lacy Road.
